Mastering Indoor Natural Light Test Shoot

I am so excited to share this test shoot with ya’ll! I’ve been wanting to work on mastering indoor natural light for a while now. It always seemed like such a challenge & it totally was! Shooting my model in front of a plain black background was like learning to shoot all over again… It completely tested my skill as a photographer. I’ll let you all be the judge of how I did… I’ve also included some fun behind the scenes shots from the shoot at the end of the post. We went ahead & went with my fav theme which is a 60’s retro vibe… All clothing was pulled from my personal collection. I had soooo much fun styling this set! I was so honored to work with the fabulous Rachel Gary from Terrame for the first time! The hair could not have been more gorgeous…  If ya’ll are in the Huntsville area totally give the fine ladies of  Terrame a call & they will set ya up. Our model was the lovely Adri. She was perfect in spite of being completely new to the modeling game.
