About the Subject:
My, Sarah. She is fourteen now, but I will never forget how I used to babysit her & her older sis waaaaay back in the day. I am in constant awe of this girl. Whether it’s making you laugh until you cry over something outrageously hilarious she’s said or randomly coming up with little bits of wisdom that make you say “how in the world do you know that?”. Sarah is wise beyond her thirteen (now fourteen) years… Even though these were rather serious images for me to capture of my little goof-ball, I really feel like they captured her in the moment, at thirteen… <3
About the Shoot:
These were taken last year right before sunset. We wanted to do something special to celebrate Sarah being on Homecoming Court. Taken in just 20 minutes, I ran Sarah over to the field right behind our house & started shooting right away. The light was magical & I cannot imagine not having these images in my portfolio. Thanks boo thang, for allowing me to capture another year of you. I am SO proud that you made Sparkman HC Court AGAIN this year as well!!!!!! <3
